2. Product Information & Pricing
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, photos, sizes, and prices are accurate. Due to lighting, screen resolution, and manual craftsmanship, minor color and detail differences may exist between the displayed images and the physical items, which do not qualify as defects.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or correct orders caused by obvious pricing errors, system errors, or misinformation.
3. Custom & Personalized Orders
All personalized, engraved, custom-made jewelry is final sale. Custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started. Please carefully confirm size, text, design, and personal information before submitting your order.
4. Payment & Order Confirmation
All orders must be fully paid before shipment. We accept authorized payment methods displayed on our checkout page. Your order is only confirmed after successful payment verification. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violation of our store rules.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, carrier issues, or international logistics. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping companies or customs procedures. All shipping fees, duties, and import taxes incurred during international delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Return & Refund Policy
Only regular, non-custom, non-engraved, unused, and intact jewelry may be eligible for return or exchange within the specified return window. All returned items must be in original packaging with no scratches, wear, damage, or missing accessories.
The following situations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

7. Product Warranty & Care Exclusions
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, oxidation, tarnish, accidental damage, bending, stone falling caused by improper use, or damage from sweat, perfume, cosmetics, water, and daily friction. Jewelry requires daily careful maintenance; improper use will void the warranty.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful personal purchasing purposes. You shall not misuse our platform for fraud, resale infringement, illegal transactions, data scraping, or any behavior that may damage our store’s rights and interests.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our store shall only be liable for the actual purchase amount of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect losses, incidental damages, emotional loss, or economic loss caused by the use or inability to use the products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
