Return & Refund Policy for Lamiicoo.com

Your satisfaction is our priority! We want you to love your purchase from Lamiicoo. Here's our simple return and refund policy:

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale")
- Items that show signs of wear or use

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return or exchange:
Step 1: Email us at support@lamiicoo.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: We'll send you a Return Authorization Number and return instructions
Step 3: Package the item securely with all original materials
Step 4: Ship the package to the address we provide
Step 5: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange

Please do NOT send items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. REFUND PROCESS

- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

5. EXCHANGES

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the return process above
- Place a new order for the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we'll refund the original order

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Provide a full refund including return shipping costs,
- Send a replacement at no additional cost

Please include photos of the damaged item in your email to help us resolve the issue quickly.

7. CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you can follow the return process above instead.
